1. Introduction & Acceptance

2.2 Account Registration

Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and entitles h31bet to terminate your account with immediate effect.

Each individual player may hold one account only. h31bet uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h31bet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close the additional account(s) and to void any wagers or bonuses associated with them.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. h31bet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify h31bet immediately at the contact email listed in the footer of this page if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. h31bet accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h31bet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. h31bet reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. h31bet does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. h31bet accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment processor or by network outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay services.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• h31bet reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error or via an unverified payment method may be held pending review.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to account verification status. Standard withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section at the time of the request. h31bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large-value requests.

• Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.
• h31bet reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day as displayed in the cashier section.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

h31bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by h31bet may result in temporary or permanent account restriction and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by h31bet are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the offer details. Wagers placed on games that contribute at less than 100% toward wagering requirements (for example, certain table games or live casino titles) will be identified in the game contribution schedule available in the promotions section of the platform.

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is fully met.
• h31bet reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific offer terms for that promotion.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as stated in the individual offer terms. Any bonus funds, free spins, or associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry time will be forfeited automatically from the account balance without further notice.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

5.3 Malfunction Policy

Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of a winning amount, the correct game outcome as recorded on the h31bet server logs shall be the definitive result. h31bet's decision in all malfunction disputes is final.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers ODI and Test series), football, kabaddi, and all other available markets, are governed by the individual sport rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform at the time the market is offered. h31bet reserves the right to suspend or void any market where the integrity of the event is in doubt or where a material error in the odds has occurred.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

6.1 Suspension by h31bet

h31bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, that the account holder has provided false registration information, that the account is associated with fraudulent payment activity, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting h31bet support at the email address listed in the footer. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and any outstanding wagering requirements.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

8. Limitation of Liability

h31bet's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to h31bet in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

h31bet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

h31bet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
